Return and Refund Policy

At Aaradhya India, we are committed to providing the best customer experience. Below are the terms for refunds and returns:

Return Policy:

We offer a 3-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Important Points:

  • No returns for size, quality, or personal preference. We provide detailed product descriptions to ensure that customers can make informed decisions.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any return request. The video should clearly show the item being unboxed as proof of condition upon delivery.
  • Returns will only be processed after a thorough inspection of the item based on the unboxing video provided.

Eligibility for Return:

Our 3-day return policy applies only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received: If you received an item that is different from what was ordered. This must be verified through the unboxing video.
  • Defective or damaged item - If the product arrives damaged or defective, as shown in the unboxing video.

Non-Eligible Items:

The following conditions do not qualify for return:

  • Any item that has been damaged or washed by the customer.
  • Items not in their original packaging or without all original components (e.g., box, inserts).
  • Items are not in their original condition as received.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • If Aaradhya India arranges the pickup, a flat fee of ₹150 will be charged in addition to any applicable courier charges.
  • If the customer opts to ship the product back themselves, a ₹150 fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds:

Approved returns will not result in a direct refund to your bank account or UPI. Instead, the refund amount will be provided as in-store credits, discount codes for future purchases on our website.
In exceptional cases where an item is delivered with a significant delay, or if incorrect items are sent repeatedly, refunds may be processed to your bank account via UPI or net banking.

If the management approves a refund, it will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval. The refund will be settled within a maximum of 10 working days after receiving the returned product.

Steps to Start a Return:

  1. Provide your order number, email, and phone number for verification.
  2. Submit an unboxing video showing the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. If approved, we will arrange for the pickup or ask you to ship the item.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, a return will be processed, or the refund will be credited to your in-store wallet.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect to ensure that the issue is resolved promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, such as items from our Premium range. However, we offer a 6-month free replacement on these premium items.
